New SMS option for Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

In May, employees logging in to the Employee Portal will now have the option to use SMS for MFA in addition to the existing option of using an Authentication App. Employees that are logging in for the first time will see the option to use SMS or an Authentication App. Employees that have already set up 2FA will continue to use the method that they previously established. If an employee wishes to switch methods, they may contact ForUsAll’s help desk (844-401-CAKE) and request to have their MFA status reset, and then they may go back through the first use flow to elect their preferred method.

New Loans Activity Report (LAR)

ForUsAll is introducing a new Loans Activity Report (LAR) for Employers using the Simple Upload feature. The LAR provides a weekly snapshot of new loans that need to be set up in payroll, loans that are coming due and need to be removed from payroll, or changes to outstanding loans that need to be modified in payroll. If you are using the Simple Upload feature, you will have this new feature automatically enabled. If you have any questions, please contact Advisor@ForUsAll.com.
